Police are appealing for assistance from the public, following a home burglary in Sale last week.
Victoria Police believes the unknown offenders forced entry to the Cunningham Street house, via the back door at about 9:30am on Saturday 7 November.
Once inside, the offenders ransacked the premises, stealing jewellery and cash.
Investigators have been told two men were seen in the street prior to the break in.
The first man is described as Caucasian in appearance with blonde hair, unshaven and approximately 182cm tall.
The second man is aged in his early to late 30s with dark hair and an olive complexion.
Both men were wearing t-shirts, jeans and runners.
Wellington Crime Investigation Unit detectives are currently investigating and have released facial images of two men who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
